1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

2. Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds: We accept returns and offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. 

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Warranty

Product Warranty: Our products are covered by a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us on our contact page with your order number and a description of the defect. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
